THANK YOU. I HAD A GREAT PROBLEM TO CONNECT.THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD THE FILE TO BE CONNECTED..APPEAR ALL KINDS OF OBSTACLES! AND I COULDN'T DO IT EARLIER, BECAUSE THE SYSTEM WAS NOT ALLOWING ME TO CONNECT!SO I'M WAITING FOR THE RECORDED CLASS. I HEARED 35 MINUTES. AND IT WAS INSPIRING. THE PROBLEM IS HOW CAN YOU FOCUS ON THE GOOD PART OF THE FUTURE WHEN YOU HAVE TO FACE THE DIFFICULT PART OF THE PRESENT..

humor tool. I didn't realize how important humor can be when addressing an audience. It's a valuable tool in your arsenal.

Good. Story telling is a art. You know your story hit the mark when it helps your audience connect the dots between the rational and emotional in situations where they might not otherwise be engaged or interested.

real deal. Carla is the real deal. Authentic, experienced, educated - and able to teach, inspire, and make people laugh while they're learning. A- plus.

I was called away so missed part of it. I was only able to be present for the first 20 miutes (which was good) and was sorry I couldn't stay to enjoy the entire presentation. I do intend to attend again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
